It was 1:00 AM when they suddenly showed a 10-year-old. And these words from Djokovic...

After Novak Djokovic defeated Carlos Alcaraz, his son Stefan had an emotional reaction. He enthusiastically celebrated his father’s success, who advanced to the semifinals of the Grand Slam Australian Open.
Novak Djokovic overcame Carlos Alcaraz in the quarterfinals of the Grand Slam Australian Open, sparking joy from his son Stefan. Despite initial difficulties, the Serbian managed to turn the match around and secured a 4-6, 6-4, 6-3, 6-4 victory.

In the stands during the match were Djokovic’s 10-year-old son Stefan and 7-year-old daughter Tara, along with the tennis player’s wife, Jelena. Stefan, who has a keen interest in tennis and often trains with his father, enthusiastically cheered Djokovic’s victory.
In the post-match interview, the 37-year-old expressed his surprise that his children had stayed to watch a match that lasted until 1:00 AM Australian time. When Djokovic addressed them about how late it was, his daughter Tara pretended to point at an imaginary watch.
“I’m surprised my kids are here. I mean, I love you. Thank you for the support, but it’s 1:00 in the morning. When are you going to sleep?” the 37-year-old tennis player wondered.
Djokovic, who married Jelena Ristić in 2014, was taken aback that his wife had brought their children along to Melbourne. Although they are often seen at his tennis matches, supporting him in his sporting endeavors, they had never previously attended in Australia.
The legendary tennis player, after advancing to the semifinals, must now prepare for a clash with Alexander Zverev. The match against the German of Russian descent is scheduled for Friday, January 24. In Melbourne, Djokovic is chasing his 25th Grand Slam title.
