Iga Swiatek replies to Andy Murray: You are inspiration on so many levels

Iga Swiatek replied to Andy Murray as she called the Briton “an inspiration” and thanked him for everything that he has done for the game of tennis.

Last week, Swiatek won the Doha title after dropping a total of five games during the tournament.

Then, Swiatek destroyed Leylah Fernandez and Liudmila Samsonova in her first two Dubai matches, dropping a total of three games in those two matches.

Following Swiatek’s dominant 6-1 6-0 win over 14th-ranked Samsonova, Murray tweeted: “She is different.”

Swiatek responded to Murray by writing back: “And you are a resilience role model and an inspiration on so many levels. Thank you for everything that you do for this sport.”
